Information for Paper Submission

Manuscript Preparation

Format. The preferred format for the text and tables of a manuscript is MS Word DOC.

Paper size. Manuscripts must be typed double-spaced on A4 size paper.

Margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, right) should be one inch (2.54 cm).

Font Size and Type. Times New Roman font (14 pts. bold for title; 12 pts. for author(s) and affiliation; 12 pts. bold for headings and subheadings; and 12 pts. for text)

Spacing. Double-spaced for the whole document, including appendices, footnotes, tables, and figures. For spacing after punctuation, space once after commas, colons, and semicolons within sentences and space twice after punctuation marks that end sentences.

Titles should be no more than three typeset lines.

Manuscripts should be between 15 and 20 pages, including charts, notes, and appendices. All illustrations, figures, and tables must be placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

It is expected that all authors will conform to accepted scholarly standards concerning references; given its interdisciplinary orientation, Au Journal of Management adheres to the APA reference style.

Text Citations are important to avoid issues of plagiarism. When documenting source materials, the author/s and date/s of the sources should be cited within the body of the paper. The main principle here is that all ideas and words of others should be properly and formally acknowledged.

The Reference Section lists all the sources you've previously cited in the body of your research paper. It states the author/s of the source, the material's year of publication, the name or title of the source material, as well as its electronic retrieval information, including the date it was accessed if these were gathered from the Internet.

Attached to all submitted articles must be a 150-word abstract, Keywords (at least 3) and a statement containing the author’s present academic or non-academic position and an address where he or she may be contacted by the editors or interested readers. Authors should place their names on the cover page but the name should not appear on headers or elsewhere in the body of the article. Full contact details for the corresponding author, including email, mailing address, and telephone numbers should also be provided.

Make sure that there are no grammatical, spellings, or content errors in articles prior to submitting to the Au Journal of Management.

Articles currently being considered for publication by other journals will not be accepted by the Au Journal of Management. The Editors will make every effort to make a decision on the acceptability of an article, as it is or in a substantially revised form, within ten weeks of submission and then will contact the authors promptly once such a decision is made. All articles will be acknowledged, but none will be returned to their authors.
